1.1 When you register Celektron user account, we will collect your nick name, real name, mobile phone number and email address in order to assist you with completing Celektron account registration and to protect your account security. Your real name and mobile phone numbers are considered to be sensitive information. As such, the collection of this information is in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the identity verification network system requirements. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services properly. You may also choose to fill in gender, date of birth, occupation, income and other information which intend to support us with providing better customized services. Refusing to provide us with such information will only render the voiceprint function useless, but will not affect your normal use of other functions.
1.2 When you bind this software with your Celektron vehicle, we will collect the SN code of your vehicle. This information is collected to determine the correspondence between you and your vehicle so that we can provide you with the correct related services.
1.3 When you use this software with a specific function, in order to guarantee your service, we will collect your device information (information related to your device, including device type, device model, system and performance information etc.), vehicle information (information related to your vehicle, including SN code, chassis number, motor number, central control version, battery capacity, speed, etc.), daily operation information (operation record, error record, service record), location information (country code, city code, geographic location), this is the basic information that must be collected in order to provide you with services. such as:
1.4 When you use the interactive functions, the text, photos, videos, comments, and other information your share or upload will be stored in our server, and it is necessary to activate relevant functions. We will store them in an encrypted manner, and you can delete this information at any time. Unless you independently choose or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above information to the third party, or use it for other purposes than this function itself.
1.5 When you use the APP, we will collect the geographic information of your vehicle, the geographic information of your device, vehicle speed, vehicle travel duration, battery capacity and other information so that we can accurately record your riding history and provide navigation services.
1.6 When you use the shopping function, we will collect your transaction information, including your name, phone number, shipping address and other information, so that we can correctly send you the products you ordered.
In addition, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and national standards, in the following circumstances, we may collect and process your relevant personal information without asking for your consent:
2.1 Where information is stored
We will act in accordance with laws and regulations and store personal information collected within the territory in Italy. We will strictly abide by the law when your personal information is transferred from an italian storage location to an overseas storage location.
2.2 The duration storing information
In general, we will only keep your personal information for the time necessary to achieve a specific purpose, for example:
Mobile phone number: When you use Celektron service, we will need to store your mobile phone number to ensure your normal use of the service; when you delete your Celektron account, we will delete the corresponding information;
Geographical positioning: If you need to use Celektron GPS function, we need to keep the geographic location information of your vehicle. When you unbind the vehicle with the software, we will delete the information related to your geo-location.
In the event where we cease our products or services, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete your personal information or anonymize such information within a reasonable period of time ("anonymization" refers to the technical processing of personal information so that the subject of the personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored. Any information obtained from anonymized personal information is not personal information.)
We strive to secure users' information to prevent information leakage, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure.
We will collect, use, store and transmit user information based on the principle of "minimization", and inform you of the purpose and scope of use of relevant information through the user agreement and privacy policy.

You have the right to erase your personal information. You can erase all or part of your personal information through this software at any time.
5.3 Restricted processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information, as same as to request not to be the subject of automatic processing, including user portraits. 5.4 Withdrawal permission
You can revoke your consent to the collection, use and or disclosure of your personal information under our control by submitting a request. You can change your decision at any time by calling 0571 544948 or through the online customer service in the APP, and we will process your request within a reasonable time. Please understand that certain service functions of Celektron App are based on specific information. According to your cancellation request, it may affect your use of some functions from the software.
5.5 Unbind and cancel account
You can use this software to unbind your vehicle at any time. Once it applies, neither you nor anyone else can view the historical information. You can cancel your account at any time through this software. Once your account is cancelled, your personal information and vehicle data related to you will be permanently erased.
We may revise this Guideline in due course. In the event where the terms of this Guideline are amended, we will show you amended Guideline by way of push notifications and/or pop-up windows when you log in or when the APP version has been updated.
We place great importance in the protection of personal information of children and teenagers. If you are a teenager under the age of 18, according to the relevant laws and regulations, your parents’ or legal guardians’ written consent should be obtained prior to you to use Celektron service. If you are a legal guardian of a teenager, you may contact us through the contact information specified in Section 8 where you have questions regarding the personal information of your teenagers.
